Access: The tract has no apparent deeded access. It has been historically accessed from a timber and gas company road off of Brewer road.
Utilities: Electricity is along the west boundary, but buyer will need to confirm if private service can be obtained since there is no deeded access for a 911 address.

Location: Located northwest of Arcadia and east of Brewer road. From Hwy 9 northwest of Arcadia, go approx. 1.75 miles to a road at a gate aon the left. From where Brewer road crosses I-20, go approx. 1.5 miles north to same rock road and gate on your right (east). The tract is approx. 1 mile along this rock and just north of a cleared gas well site.
