This tract is completely set up and ready to hunt. It's a maturing WRP tract, planted approx. 12 years ago, with established shallow water areas, water control, well, and blinds in place for duck hunting. There are roads and trails in place for easy access from the camp. Thousands of adjoining and surrounding acres are excellent waterfowl habitat and will help draw and hold birds in the area. The planted bottomland hardwoods, the mature hardwoods along the bayou, and the nearby ag fields support a strong a developing deer herd. There are several deer stands, food plots, and feeders already in place. A 171 1/8 buck was killed with a bow on the tract in 2017. Other nice bucks have also been taken.
The lodge is an approx. 2500 square feet brick house. It has 3 bedrooms, an additional bunk room, and 2 ½ baths. A huge den with built in gun rack and fireplace is the focal point of the lodge. It will come furnished and ready to go. A large utility room, 20x28 pole barn, storage container, covered back porch, and dog kennel add more conveniences.

Location: The tract is located approx. 8 miles west of Eudora, 9 miles east of Hwy 165 at Parkdale, 90 miles from Monroe, LA, 120 miles from Little Rock, and approx. 130 miles from Jackson, MS.
It is situated on the north side Hwy 8 (1/2 mile frontage) and at the intersection of Cyrier road (bounds property on east side.) The north boundary of the tract is Big Bayou.
